Demo Update 2

Fixed numerous small bugs and inconsistencies while working on the events and tundra update, along with a few bigger bugs that I found more important to fix.

[BUG FIXES/GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS]

- Improved some enemy AI

- Fixed autocast triggering immediately when setting toggle on (minor)

- Numerous smaller gameplay bugs fixed

[BALANCE CHANGES]

- Added manual refresh button to scroll vendor (1000g per refresh, the scroll vendor still automatically refreshes upon leveling up)

- Changed inherent modifiers of scorched blade, blessed
blade, frozen claymore

- Adjusted functionality of miniboss spawning. Arena event no longer spawns around the player, bosses instead spawn more naturally along with incoming mobs. Arena event will be reincorporated next update as one of the events that can be found while exploring.
